WLF Accuses County Officials of Putting Ideology Before Public Health In Suing for Drug Import Authority (PR Newswire via Yahoo! Finance)
The Washington Legal Foundation today accused Montgomery County, Maryland officials of "putting ideological agendas ahead of public health" by suing Food and Drug Administration officials in an effort to force FDA to approve the County's plan to import prescription drugs from Canada.
