Utahns with multiple sclerosis rejoiced Wednesday in an advisory panel's recommendation that the Food and Drug Administration put a promising drug back on the market - with conditions - despite its link to a rare brain infection. The FDA still has to decide whether to make Tysabri available again, but the panel's endorsement is thrilling, said Sue Higgs, a 49-year-old Bountiful mother of five
