The Women's Edition Programme 2010-2012 of the Population Reference Bureau (PRB), an international organisation with headquarters in Washington DC, United States of America, had scheduled its second seminar for Ethiopia, beginning June 13 to 17, 2011. The programme is sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
