Mumbai HC grants 4 weeks time to state FDA to decide Amway nutraceuticals' claim (PharmaBiz)
Mumbai High Court has granted four weeks time to Maharashtra FDA to decide whether Amway's dietary supplements should be classified as food or drugs. Amway had approached the HC challenging FDA's action against the company asking it to take drug license to market its products in the state.
