Medarex Drug Gets Orphan-Drug Status (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Biopharmaceutical company Medarex Inc. and its partner PharmAthene Inc. said Monday the Food and Drug Administration granted orphan-drug designation to Valortim for the treatment of anthrax infection.
