IMPAX Announces Lawsuit Related to Generic Version of Depakote ER (Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance)
HAYWARD, Calif.----IMPAX Laboratories, Inc. today announced that Abbott Laboratories has filed a lawsuit against the Company in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware alleging patent infringement related to IMPAX's filing of an Abbreviated New Drug Application for generic versions of Depakote ER 250mg and 500mg tablets.
