WOMEN in East Lancashire have raised concerns over unwanted pregnancies after a popular method of contraception has caused problems.

Merck , known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2010. The company reported non-GAAP earnings per share for the fourth quarter of $0.88, which excludes purchase accounting adjustments, restructuring costs and merger-related expenses.
