Director of Compliance at FDA s CTP Says 97% of Retailers Compliant with New Tobacco Law Regulations
The FDA s Center for Tobacco Products Chief of Compliance, Ann Simoneau, recently told attendees at the CSP Tobacco Category Review Meeting that while nothing would please me more than to have no violations, retailers had a 97% compliance rate with respect to implementation of the new Tobacco Control Act regulations.
